Welcome to The 67 Escape. These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, bookings, stays, and services provided by The 67 Escape.

By making a reservation, making a payment, accessing our property, or staying at The 67 Escape, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms are intended to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

1. Booking & Reservations

Reservations may be made directly through The 67 Escape or through authorised booking channels and partners.

A reservation is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

When making a reservation, guests are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Number of guests
  • Check-in and check-out dates
  • Any special requirements or requests
  • Valid identification details where required

The 67 Escape reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation where information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or materially misleading.

Unless otherwise stated, accommodation rates are quoted per night and on a bed-only basis.

Rates may vary depending on the accommodation type, dates, number of guests, season, availability, special offers, and booking channel.

Deposit Requirement

A 75% down payment is required to confirm a booking unless a different payment arrangement has been expressly agreed upon.

The remaining 25% balance is due before check-out.

A reservation may remain provisional until the required deposit has been received. Availability cannot necessarily be guaranteed for an unpaid or partially paid reservation.

Any additional services, purchases, meals, activities, damages, or other charges incurred during the stay must be settled before departure unless otherwise agreed.

6. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a no-show may result in the reservation being cancelled and the applicable booking amount being forfeited.

Guests who expect to arrive later than originally indicated are encouraged to contact The 67 Escape as soon as possible.

7. Changes to a Reservation

Requests to change booking dates, guest numbers, accommodation, or other reservation details must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Changing the dates of a reservation may result in a change to the applicable room rate or other booking conditions.

The 67 Escape cannot guarantee that requested changes will be accommodated, particularly during peak periods or where the property is fully booked.
