Welcome to The 67 Escape.
We want every guest to have a safe, comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable stay. To help us maintain the experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules throughout your stay.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. Please contact our team in advance if you have a specific arrival or departure request.
Visitors & Access
For the privacy, safety, and comfort of all guests, visitors are not permitted on the property unless you have booked the entire villa.
Only registered guests included in the reservation may access and use the property and its facilities.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests included in your confirmed booking may stay at the property.
If you would like to accommodate additional guests, please obtain prior approval from The 67 Escape. Additional guests may be subject to availability and applicable charges.
Respect & Guest Conduct
We ask all guests to be considerate of other guests, neighbours, and our staff.
Please keep noise at a reasonable level and avoid behaviour that may disturb others. Parties, loud music, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please do not smoke inside accommodation units or in other non-smoking areas.
Alcohol consumption is permitted provided it is done responsibly and does not disturb other guests, staff, or neighbours.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that alcohol consumption does not lead to unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
Pools & Recreational Facilities
Guests are welcome to enjoy the property's pools, paddle courts, putting green, and other recreational facilities.
All facilities are used at the guest's own risk. Please follow any posted safety instructions and use the facilities responsibly.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly around swimming pools and other recreational areas.
Safety & Security
For your safety and the security of the property, please ensure that doors and windows are properly secured whenever you leave your accommodation.
Do not tamper with, disable, or interfere with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, alarms, or any other safety equipment.
Please report any safety concerns, hazards, faults, or property damage to our team as soon as possible so that we can address them promptly.
Kitchen & BBQ
Private kitchens are intended for light cooking and meal preparation. Please clean and tidy the kitchen after use and leave appliances, utensils, and cooking areas in a suitable condition for the next use.
BBQ grills may only be used in designated BBQ areas. Please follow all safety instructions and ensure that the grill is properly extinguished and cleaned after use.
Waste & Recycling
Please help us keep The 67 Escape clean and environmentally responsible by disposing of waste in the bins provided.
Where recycling facilities are available, please separate recyclable materials from general waste.
Do not leave rubbish in gardens, outdoor areas, or other shared spaces.
Damages & Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the accommodation, furnishings, equipment, and other property provided during their stay.
Any accidental or intentional damage, loss, or breakage caused by a guest or members of their group may be charged to the guest responsible.
Please notify our team as soon as possible if accidental damage occurs. Prompt reporting allows us to address the issue quickly and minimise disruption.
Respect for the Environment
The 67 Escape is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Lake Elementaita area, and we ask all guests to help us preserve it.
Please use water and electricity responsibly, avoid unnecessary waste, and switch off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when they are not required.
Guests are also asked not to disturb, feed, chase, or otherwise interfere with wildlife and birds around the property.
Enjoy the natural surroundings, but please leave them as you found them.
